By using YT5s, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What YT5s is
YT5s is a free online tool that lets you save YouTube videos as MP4 video files or MP3 audio files. You paste a link, choose a format and a quality, and download the file to your device.
Personal use and copyright
YT5s is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for what you download. Only save videos and audio you have the right to save, such as your own uploads or content whose owner allows downloading. Always respect copyright and YouTube's terms of service.
What you must not do
When you use YT5s, you agree not to:
- use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- download or share illegal content;
- scrape or overload the service with bots, scripts or other automated tools;
- try to disrupt, attack or reverse engineer the service;
- resell the service or present it as your own.
Service limits
Videos can be saved in qualities up to 1080p, and audio as MP3 with 320, 256 or 128 kbps to choose from. Only public videos can be saved. Each file can be up to 2 GB.
We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
Not affiliated with YouTube or Google
YT5s is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
No warranty
YT5s is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the service will always work, that every video can be saved or that every file will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, YT5s is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it, including the loss of data or files. You use the service at your own risk.
Copyright complaints
If you own the rights to a video and believe it is being saved through YT5s against your rights, email contact@yt5s.shop with the video link, a description of your work and proof that you own the rights. We review every request and act quickly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using YT5s after a change, you accept the new terms.
